Timings: Exhibition: 5.30 p.m.
Canapes on Cloisters: 6.30 p.m.
Dinner and Speeches: 7.30 p.m.
Carriages at 12.45 a.m.
Arrive via the Archway on West Street
Dress Code: Formal - Black Tie/Evening Party(or your equivalent)
There is bookable parking for Disabled Blue Badge Holders

When you have selected your tickets you will be presented with a series of questions. Please read this guidance before you read the questions to help you be ready answer.
The Exhibition: You can attend the exhibition at 5.30 (just before the dinner) or you may choose to come earlier in the day as a separate visit. 
The Dinner: Tables are for 10 or 12. You can book as an individual or small group or you can book whole tables in a single transaction. If you are booking for more than 12 guests, we will aim to seat additional people on the nearest table to you. If you are booking only for yourself in this transaction but know who else you plan to sit with, you will have the opportunity to list them. Equally, you don't need to list anyone and book as an individual. Please click here and read the Menu first (scroll down on the menu for vegan and gluten-free alternatives)
