Ofqual and JCQ have drawn up an appeals process for Teacher Assessed Grades 2021.  There are two stages of appeal which require various documents to be completed.  These are attached below along with two process and information documents:

Stage One Centre Review Student Request Form - this is an editable pdf that should be downloaded, completed and emailed to exams@swbgs.com
Stage Two Student Appeal to Awarding Organisation

A Stage One Centre Review must be requested and completed before a student can request that a Stage Two Appeal is submitted to the Awarding Organisation (exam board).  The Stage Two appeal can only be submitted via the school, not directly to the awarding organisation itself.
