    Headteacher's Welcome

Welcome to Sir William Borlase’s Grammar School, a state-funded, co-educational secondary school in the centre of Marlow, recognised not only for excellent academic learning and outcomes but also for our outstanding co-curricular programme.  Since the school was founded in 1624, we have continued to live the school's motto, te digna sequere (follow things worthy of you), inspiring and empowering our students to go out and shape the world.

    Summer Concert date Changed!

Due to the exceptionally hot weather and the school closure on Wednesday and Thursday, we have made the decision to move the date of our Summer Concert. We are particularly keen for our Year 8 students to have the opportunity to perform and be part of the event.

The Summer Concert has now been rescheduled to:
    Monday 29th June at 6:00pm

All tickets already purchased will remain valid automatically. Any tickets purchased for the original Thursday performance will be transferred across to Monday's date, and no action is required from you.

If you are unfortunately unable to attend the rescheduled performance, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider gifting the cost of your ticket to the school. Borlase currently stands to lose in excess of £2,000 as a result of this unavoidable change, and our Performing Arts productions play an important role in generating income that supports the ongoing running costs of the department and future opportunities for our students.
